CoolDeal Shipping Policy

 

We ship from South Africa — no customs fees, no month-long import waits.

 

Delivery options:

 

Standard delivery (3–5 business days): R100. FREE on all orders over R899.

 

Express delivery (1–2 business days): R150.

 

PUDO locker collection is available nationwide — select it at checkout if you prefer to collect at your nearest locker.

 

Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

 

Delivery areas: We deliver anywhere in South Africa — all major centres and outlying areas.
