CoolDeal Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

7-Day Cooling-Off Period: In line with Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your online order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no reason needed. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for your account.

 

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you, as per the Consumer Protection Act.

 

Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, baby clothing that has been worn or washed can only be returned if defective.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Custom orders: Personalised or custom-printed items can only be returned if defective.
